Almost every happy person has envious people. However, if your biofield is weakened or susceptible to outside influence, they can not only ruin your mood, but also block the path to success.
The “Shield of Shambhala” mudra is simple to perform and is an effective protection against any negative energy that seeks to destroy our natural protection. With its help, you can create an impenetrable barrier that will protect you from unwanted influences and help you focus on achieving well-being.
“Shield of Shambhala”: protecting ourselves from negativity
This mudra has many positive effects. It will help the body quickly recover from serious energy costs, illness, failures and other negative things. You can perform this exercise at any time convenient for you. You need to be in harmony with yourself, calm your breathing and focus on your own feelings. It is better to practice in solitude. To relax, you can use suitable music, aroma lamps or candles.
So, in order to tone yourself and give your body the opportunity to recover, to create a protective barrier from evil and negativity, you need to take a comfortable position. Take a deep breath and raise your arms to chest level. Clench your right hand into a fist and press it to your left open palm. The fingers of the left hand should be placed on the fingers of the right hand clenched into a fist. Press the thumb of your left hand into your palm so that it does not look to the side. This technique is most suitable for women. To achieve the effect, men need to change hands and clench the left one into a fist.
Continue to breathe evenly and imagine that you are enveloped in an invisible radiance, healing and healing mental and physical wounds. You will feel the warmth spreading from the solar plexus throughout the body. There may be a tingling sensation in the fingertips. This shouldn't scare you. Thus, it is concentrated in your hands. After a few minutes, spread your arms to the sides. Mentally enclose yourself in a cocoon that will not leave the slightest loophole for negativity from the outside.
You can repeat this exercise regularly, especially on those days when you feel negative energy approaching or an illness approaching. After some time, you will feel that you have increased strength and will be able to resist even those people who provoke you into conflict. Mudra "Shield of Shambhala"
Mudra "Shield of Shambhala"
This mudra can be performed when feeling anxious and insecure, unexpected tearfulness, low mood, or increased nervousness. It will help you stay calm and treat everything with a reasonable amount of irony.
Shambhala is a legendary country of prosperity, virtue and well-being, inhabited by higher beings and inaccessible to the forces of evil. Shambhala personifies longevity, wisdom, kindness, eternity and the achievement of high spirituality, and the shield symbolizes the protection of life, health, prosperity and prosperity.
Listen sensitively to your inner voice. To prevent possible emotional disruptions, disconnect from external stimuli - achieve muscle relaxation and plunge into a state of peace. Now try to think about the true causes of everyday problems: troubles are simply sent to each of us not as punishment, but to overcome ourselves.
If you are not on the road or in a public place, light a red candle, which encourages leadership, or fumigate the room with juniper, which is responsible for conscious control.
Turn around and face south. Perform the mudra with both hands folded at the level of the solar plexus.
For women: Make a fist with your right hand. Straighten your left hand (it symbolizes the shield), press your thumb to your palm. Press your right hand, clenched into a fist, against the palm of your left hand.
For men: Make a fist with your left hand. Straighten your right hand, press your thumb to your palm. Press your left hand, clenched into a fist, with the back of it against the palm of your right hand (Fig. 51).
The effectiveness of performing this mudra is greatly enhanced if you like the music you are listening to at that moment.
On the subtle plane, performing mudra harmonizes the work of the Manipura chakra, on the physical plane it increases the body’s resistance, and is indispensable during the recovery period after fractures and injuries; on the emotional plane, it guarantees the emotional stability of the individual and protects against the negative influence of swear words.
Performing this mudra will protect you from any unwanted influences and help restore your strength. It is especially recommended for those who need to tone themselves up in a short time, as well as those who need a surge of vitality.
Everything ingenious is simple. These three mudras, which are usually performed one after another, will influence you in such a way that self-dissatisfaction, doubts and hesitations, changeability and inconstancy will naturally fade into the background, and then you will be able to achieve a lot in life.
This text is an introductory fragment.(applies when the person is known to you)
Who will need mudra
As can be understood from the name itself, this mudra is necessary in acute, critical and even catastrophic situations, when danger comes from other people - for you, your family and loved ones, or for the business you are doing.
It is no coincidence that this mudra comes at the beginning. She is the first responder.
When it comes to a serious threat, danger, it is too early to think about ways to achieve success, power, building relationships, etc. First of all, you need to ensure your own safety. Because when we feel anxious, we are simply unable to do anything positive.
Therefore, first of all, this mudra is necessary for those people who have obvious enemies who are READY to act. That is, they are not “sitting in ambush,” but threatening and intending to carry out some actions directed against you.
Mudra will help you no matter what the nature and scale of the danger that threatens you - if only this danger comes from people, and not from some circumstances beyond human control (natural disasters, etc.). That is, it will save both in the event of a threat to life and health, and in the event of the threat of some small fine or minor lawsuit.
Mudra will help both when there is only a threat, and when you are already in a dangerous situation from which you see no way out.
Mudra will help both in case of an obvious threat (when you know who it comes from), and when you assume that the enemy is acting against you.
The mudra will also help when you suddenly have troubles for no apparent reason, and you can only suspect that some of your ill-wishers are behind it.
The most important thing is that mudra even acts preventively. But, of course, there is no need to just use it without reason.
But if you find yourself in some place where there is a potentially dangerous environment (for example, in a country with a high crime rate), then mudra will help protect yourself in all possible situations - more precisely, make sure that there are no potentially dangerous situations near you arose.
Here are examples of situations when you can resort to the help of this mudra:
. you and/or your family are threatened with physical harm;
. threaten to deprive you of your property or cause damage to it;
. in one way or another they encroach on your money, your business, the fruits of your labor, etc.;
. restrict your freedom in one way or another;
. blackmail, threaten your personal or business reputation;
. are trying to limit your rights in one area or another;
. threaten legal action;
. insulted, humiliated, drawn into squabbles;
. exert psychological pressure, suppress your will;
. you find yourself among aggressively behaving people;
. you have become a victim of intrigue, gossip, slander;
. you are oppressed by the authorities, your superiors;
. you are unfairly punished, offended, made unfounded claims;
. you have ill-wishers from whom you do not yet know what to expect;
. troubles have begun in your life for no apparent reason, and you have good reason to believe that this is the work of other people.
As we can see, this is a mudra of universal action, helping in almost all cases of danger emanating from others. The following mudras in this section are intended for more specific situations, and, as a rule, not related to a threat to life. Therefore, if you don’t yet know what kind of danger you are in danger of... what should be protected - do not hesitate to use this mudra.
note: The mudra will also work if hostile manifestations come towards you from a person who, in fact, is not an enemy. After all, even a friend can sometimes, voluntarily or unwittingly, offend us, get angry, or do something not very good. You can protect yourself in this case too. But if a person who seems to be behaving hostilely towards you actually does not have bad intentions and does not consciously seek to cause you harm, then he will not suffer any harm from your applying the mudra.
There are also situations when the enemy disguises himself, and even pretends to be our friend. And this is where we need to be vigilant. The one who looks kind and acts nice and polite to you is not always a friend. If troubles suddenly began in your life, which were the work of some people, it is possible that they were arranged by the one who looks into your eyes with the most devoted smile. Therefore, do not judge by first impression, do not really trust emotions, but look at what a person’s actions are and what his goals are. A true friend may inadvertently offend you, but he will never do it on purpose, intentionally. Whereas the enemy, under the guise of an insult, does evil or wishes you evil intentionally, consciously and with his own selfish goals.
In the case of obvious threats to life, property, business, our position, etc., everything is usually clear - the enemy is not hiding here. But in the case of domestic and family grievances, quarrels, confusion does not happen so rarely.
Therefore, it is advisable to perform this mudra not only for protection from obvious enemies, but also from those in whom you suspect an enemy. And remember that a mistake is not terrible - if you mistakenly use mudra to protect yourself from a person who is not an enemy, the mudra will not work, that’s all.
How does mudra work?
This mudra creates a mirror effect. All the bad intentions and actions that your enemies direct at you are simply redirected back to them. As a result, they begin to have very serious personal problems - such that they simply have no time for you. They forget about you because they are forced to focus on themselves and solving their problems.
At the same time, mudra opens your inner source of strength and strengthens your spiritual core. There is nothing left for you, even a hint to remind you of the victim. As you know, for every victim there is always an executioner. If there is no victim, there is no executioner. You cease to be a target, and thus disorient the enemy - at the energy level, he ceases to perceive you as the target of his hostile intentions. The energy configuration created by the mudra makes the enemy perceive you as a person who cannot be threatened, much less harmed. This circumstance (in addition to the personal problems that will inevitably arise for anyone who shows hostility towards you) will also force the enemy to abandon his original intentions, without him himself being able to realize why he did it.
Important condition: Having completed the mudra, hide for a while. Once again, do not remind the enemy of yourself and do not take any active actions. Thus, you will allow the mudra to work without introducing any interference into its configuration, and will weaken the enemy’s vigilance. Let him think that you have resigned yourself and are not going to resist and create difficulties for him. Seeing that the enemy has lowered his vigilance, YOU can try to outwit him, quietly, without attracting attention to yourself, and move beyond his reach.
Remember that mudra will immediately make you feel stronger and more fearless. But under no circumstances demonstrate this to the enemy. Otherwise, he can also arm himself stronger. Allow your inner strength to settle, concentrate on feeling a strong, diamond-like spiritual core in the very core of your being. And don't show it outwardly. Let everything remain the same outwardly - the mudra will do everything necessary itself, and all you have to do is enjoy the result.
How to use
This is a very strong mudra, it acts literally immediately, so you can use it at any time when you need emergency help and protection. Only if you find yourself in the field of view of your enemy, make sure that he does not see how you perform the mudra, especially if the enemy is aggressive, so as not to provoke outbursts of aggression before the mudra begins to act.
If there is no emergency, and you need preventive protection, or protection from a real threat that has not yet come into effect, perform the mudra daily, morning and evening, for 3-5 minutes, for the entire time that enemies continue to threaten you and pursue.
Description of mudra
1. Place your left hand (for left-handed people, your right hand) in front of you, at chest level, with your palm outward (away from you), vertically (fingers pointing up). All fingers are straight and tightly adjacent to each other, and the thumb is tightly pressed to the edge of the palm.
2. Clench your right hand (left hand for left-handers) into a fist, bending the tips of the little finger, ring finger, middle finger and index finger inside the palm. The thumb remains outside, straight and pressed tightly against the side of the bent index finger.
3. Press the back of the hand, clenched into a fist, tightly against the back of the hand, straightened with the palm facing out. The straightened thumb should be perpendicular to the upward-pointing fingers of the hand located outside of you.
4. Eyes remain open. Vision needs to be defocused, looking not at one point, but as if through the space in front of you, into the distance, directing your gaze just above the imaginary horizon line.
5. Focus on the solar plexus area. Imagine that a powerful source of strength is formed there, in which you feel support. From this source, power rises in a powerful column and strengthens your entire being from within. Continue to feel the support and diamond hardness of your powerful inner core.
b. Form the intention to push away, to “mirror” away any external influences directed at you, so that they, like invisible rays, cannot reach you and turn back to their source.
7. Stay in this position for 3-5 minutes, and if necessary (in emergency cases) longer, up to 30 minutes.
(“Mudras of influence” Max Tal)
Amazing finger yoga arose a long time ago, several thousand years ago, in the ancient Aryan period of India. Hindus claim that they received sacred gestures from Shiva himself during his ritual dances.
Mudras came to Buddhism directly from Hinduism. A detailed description of the various mudras is given in very ancient Buddhist and Hindu treatises. It is believed that mudras contain the sacred energies of many divine personalities, for example, Gautama Buddha, Lord Mahavir, Adi Shankaracharya.
In India, finger yoga is a mandatory part of many religious activities even today. Various gestures and positions of the hands (hastas) are of great importance in the practice of depicting Hindu gods: just like the pose and divine attributes, they are their identifying features.
Very great importance is attached to sacred mudras in Indian dances, when a silent performance is played in front of the audience with the help of eyes, hands and various body movements. Mudras are constantly practiced in tantra yoga, as well as in hatha yoga. A large number of mudras are used in yoga techniques such as Surya Namaskar.
Mudras in China
Wherever Buddhism is widespread, for example, in China, an innumerable number of mudras are also known. In the images of Gautama Buddha there are mudras that indicate their close connection with his teaching.
The healers of ancient China were confident that human life was supported not so much by food as by energy from the Cosmos circulating along special meridians. If for some reason a malfunction occurs in these meridians, then the energy does not flow where it should. The full functioning of all organs is gradually disrupted, after which the person falls ill. Leading large energy meridians pass through the fingers. Therefore, healing gestures have tremendous healing power. By connecting the fingers of both hands in certain various combinations, a person activates energy meridians, directing healing energy throughout the body, restoring dried up flows, eliminating disorders in faulty organs and areas of the body.
Mudras are known not only to Asians - people all over the world know about sign language. The ancient Slavs also used certain gestures in their rituals when they wanted to consolidate or emphasize their words and actions. During times of forced Christianization, pagans were prohibited from using many ancient gestures, such as calling on their gods with their hands raised to the sky. However, such gestures later penetrated Christianity. Thus, observing the expressive gestures of a priest during a sermon, you can see that they are the same as how the ancient pagans expressed their thoughts and feelings.
Many ancient gestures are found in everyday life today; we unconsciously use them in one situation or another: we clench our thumbs into fists, wishing the person good luck, clap our palms as a sign of approval, shake hands with our interlocutor, clench our fists, show “what the hell”...
